we are looking for a builder to develop a ~75m2 renovation and extension of our residential property in ascot vale.
the scope of the works includes:
• demolition of back section of the house (bathroom, living area, laundry, sheds)
• construction of ~75m2 extension (including new bathroom, study, powder room, open plan living/kitchen)
• minor renovation of existing section of the house (eg replace flooring etc)
we have received a planning permit from the council so should be ready to commence whenever convenient for you.
we have a budget for the project in the low $100k's.
