We are renovating and extending a previous extension that was done in the 80's. we would like the current floor level lowered, outer- walls layed in double brick and brick footings. plus some extra brickwork to front fence and garden paving. the original house is an old federation with ornate features and we would like someone who can match the existing brickwork. the roofing needs to be a pitch roof to tie into original and is quite high (may need schaffolding). it is a tiled roof with eaves to match extisting.
