We need to remove a large 3 window georgian style frame from the south side from our front bedroom and brick this up and install new windows on the east and west walls.
This will also involve replastering all three walls of room and ceiling, plus insulating walls and ceiling. We will organise repainting of room ourself.
This room has a dampness issue which has become prevalent again with cooler nights. Our daughter is coughing again and we fear she may contract asthma as a result.
