We are looking to renovate the front of our terrace. We need to replace two windows, one on the ground floor and one bay window in the top floor. We are also replacing the door. Following that we are looking to paint the front of the terrace. There are a few additional requirements, including covering an electrical box, installing a new gate in the front fence.
