Build permanent wall to replace glass dividing fence that seperates the balcony area for 2 seperate apartments. Wall approx 3 m long, 2.5m and perhaps 0.1~0.15m thick. Wall would be raised slightly on feet to allow normal water drainage. One end of wall to fit flush into existing building wall, and rendered to match. New wall would meet up but not interfere with existing balcony edge barriers.
