I want to hire an HIA professional builder to remove a wall and doorway between the kitchen and laundry of a single storey unit in East Malvern. The roof appears to have trusses but want confirmation as to whether the wall to be removed is load bearing or not. If the wall and doorway are removed I would need the surrounding plasterwork to be repaired.
