2. Remove existing laundry door and brick up opening.
3. Supply and install commercial grade stack door with 10mm toughened glass.
4. Render and paint external wall to match existing.
5. Remove timber wall between laundry and living room. Supply and install 200 mm steel beam as per engineers instruction.
6. Patch and paint gyprock to affected walls and ceilings.
