We have an old balcony that was never waterproofed. the house is two storeys and the water when it rains is leaking down to the bottom of the house. there are 2 doors that are on the balcony that is where the leaks are the worst. i need someone to either rip up the old slate and place some materials under the doors, waterproof the area and tile. or if this is going to cost a lot the other option is to place a roof over the whole area. this balcony has slate laid on concrete. the slate is awful and needs to be removed. the so called pagola has to be demolished as well. if this demolition is too expensive my husband may be able to demolish.
i am having no luck in getting anyone to quote. we are in no hurry but we want to know how much so can someone please contact me by email so i can get an idea of the cost. thank you
