We have a small two bedroom weatherboard workers cottage. Car accommodation is cramped between existing stumps under the front half of the house. The house is built on a sloping block with the rear of the house virtually at ground level and the stumps at the front about 2.4m ground the bearer.We need plans to remove stumps along one side of the house and replace them with a supporting retaining wall. another three stumps to be removed completely with steel beams substituted. Additionally the existing poor quality concrete slabs need to be removed, excavated to provide decent head height and new concrete laid complete with concrete driveway from house to kerb.
