We are looking to remove a section of a single brick wall spanning a few metres to create an open plan living space between the living area and kitchen of a ground floor 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is at ground level with 1 apartment above in a low rise double-brick building built in the 1960s-70s.
Looking for a builder to quote the job from beginning to end - remove the old wall, install a beam if necessary and finish wall ready for painting.
