Temporary propping of the garage roof. Brick cutting of existing brickwork to allow for a two metre wide clear opening. Demolish bricks to create the opening. Supply and install a galvanised lintel. Lintel to be at the same height as the existing garage door. Double skin brickwork over the new lintel. Brick cleaning upon completion. Removal of all building rubbish from site. Patch the concrete where the bricks were removed once backyard excavation has finished. Customer will supply matching bricks.
