1. Remove one wall 3.8 meters long dividing lounge room from hallway. Wall is not a supporting wall (we have been told this by a builder and believe it to be correct). Wall has opening approx 1 1/2 meters wide in middle.
- 2. Close off one end of hallway - approx 900mm wide. Perhaps some of the sheeting removed from the wall (masonite) could be used on this.
- 3. Gap in ceiling sheeting caused by removal of wall to be covered by a laminated beam to be painted along with ceiling.

- Construction work only to be done by contractor. We will attend to painting. Electrical fittings will have been removed from wall and hallway area before start of work.
