Currently there is wooden garage that is old and is 18m2. this needs to be demolished and then a new garaage built that will be approx 25m2 which will also have in the back the laundry room and hot water tank.
Garage sits on a property line so must be brick or a fire resistant material for council purposes.
This is not a possible job, it is happening and construction will go ahead at the end of November or beginning of December
