Remove kitchen flooring (lino and possible asbestos underneath lino)

In the Kitchen (not sure of dimensions) I have lino and then some flooring glued underneath. I need it removed and the boards (if nice enough) sanded and partly polished before my kitchen is replaced then have the boards properly polished.

- However - I need someone to tell me if the stuff glued to the boards is Asbestos and whether they can remove it or whether I need to get a specialist.
