Remove double arches and brick veneer above arches (Double story brick veneer)
Install 'I' beam for concrete slab 1st floor
Install single roller door (remote, electric open)
Replace removed brick veneer with colour bond or weather board.
I also have a single garage entry that I would like modified as per the double but will hopefully not require the I beam.
