Wall between hall and lounge to be removed (about 2m). Wall between kitchen and lounge (plus doorway to hall) to be removed (about 3m). These walls are at right angles to each other, forming a "T" with the kitchen above the T, lounge to the left, and hall to the right of the T. Roof above is a pitched metal roof, with one prop coming from a purlin to each of the walls to be removed. Cladding on internal walls has been removed exposing wall studs. Just need the structural work (whatever beams etc) to be completed. No need for cladding work or tidy-up. House is empty (early stage of renovation).
