I have a wall that seperates my kitchen from the lounge room which I want to remove. I am pretty sure that it is non-load bearing, however have not had this confirmed by a builder yet. The wall that is to be removed has a wall oven and a stove installed.
The unit has just been purchased and settlement is on 3/09/09.
