Recently purchased 1970s-1980s brick home in Alphington. Require quote for removal of kitchen/dining wall (may be load bearing), replace current kitchen doorway with new wall and installation of bedroom wardrobe. Also require opinion regarding requirement to restump before I fix plasterwork and paint. Don’t have access until early June – looking for a builder/carpenter that will attend pre-settlement inspection with me to quote for works to start ASAP.
