Relocation of Carport

- Issue: Defective New Carport Installation
-
- Carport is too large and has been installed in the wrong position on the land, the poles are positioned 6cm over the boundary into the next block. After VCAT advising the builder to re-position the carport correctly the builder continually just gives us excuses for over a year as to when he can do the job.
-
- Quote Requirement:
-
- 1. Remove roofing, cut and separate so it can be installed and fit into the area where pegs have been placed. (This will require a special metal roof-cutting tool).
- 2. Relocate poles, concrete and mount so that the roof is the same height. (This may involve cutting of the poles off at the concrete and welding a section so that height will remain the same, or jackhammering it out of the concrete).
- 3. Attached roof, and leave the work area clean and tidy.
