I have a block of land (+-388 square metres) with a planning permit to build a 2 bedroom unit with a car park) in Melton south.
Looking for someone in the home removal trade or building trade who would be interested in managing and funding the next stage of the development in exchange for a 40% of the profit when sold!!
Example of my proposal. You find, relocate and modify a house that someone is getting rid of to the block and modify it to meet the requirements of the planning permit. The house then goes for sale. You get to keep 40% of the sale price.
