We have purchased a newly renovated home that the building report has suggested has a sagging ceiling in the new open plan area, due to insufficient ceiling support. We are interested in contractors able to quote and fix this problem for us asap. Building report suggests internal roof/ceiling needs an extra suppporting beam inserted.
