The Verandah/Decking (3m x 4m) will be built onto a Brick Veneer home and replacing an existing brick/concrete verandah of the same size which will need to be demolished. The new Verandah will be a combination Gable & Flat roof, all to be dressed timber (to be painted by owners), with a colourbond roof and gutters. The gable is to be open with no 'cross bracing' if possible and filled in at the house end with cement sheet or alike.
The decking is to be Merbau with matching/similar Hardwood stair case, all other timber work will be painted (by owners). Draft plans have been developed by owners and can be updated/modified as required. Permits will be required.
