Rectification Works to Fire-Damaged Property

I am seeking a Builder who is willing to take on the repairs on my property that was damaged by fire in 2017.
The home has had some works conducted, but most work has remained. With the my insurance is wanting to cash-settle me for a new build, I require a quotation which compares with the one provided by insurance.
Once I have finalised my claim and cash-settled I require a builder who is genuinely interested and capable of taking on this project and the rectification works pending, and for me to finally see it come to fruition.
