I have a 80+ year old single fronted brick Victorian. I'm looking to open up the space in the rear of the house by reconfiguring. This will involve:
- remove chimney & wall between kitchen & lounge. New beam required.
- remove the rear wall to add bifold doors
- remove internal wall between lounge & side rear access. New beam & stud walls over opening required.
- replacement of floor boards over chimney footing and side access
- invert kitchen and lounge areas (new kitchen inc plumbing & elec)
