We need to completely rebuild the front porch. The existing one is very old with a leaky roof, ugly supporting pole and security lights falling out of their place. There is a possiblity to extend the job and in addition to the replacement of the existing porch we might ask to build an additional new one at the back of the house (the budget will be changed accordingly in such a case).
