Aprox 70sqm of extension, 30sqm rear gable end and 40sqm new ground floor with rooftop alfresco. Existing house is 17 years old, brick veneer high set with garage underneath. Sloping plot so rear extension areas single story / at or slightly below existing ground level. Preliminary concept plans available from following link:
