remove current central heating vent and tubing
remove 10 tiles around it including wall tiles
patch up floor hardwood
cement sheet and waterproof area
re tile area and grout . grout is beumont designer series
cut the tile in another area of the bathroom and re install the central heating vent
install new metal central heating vent
