I have a four bedroom elevated house that i want to raise approximately an additional 300 -400mm so underneath is and easy 2400mm and i can install fans in rooms below.
the elevated section sits quiet cleanly on 20 concrete columns, there are two outdoor steel staircases and approximately 15 100x50x4.9mm 15 rhs columns that support the verandah and stairwells that will also need to be extended.
the underhouse is already approx 3/4 enclosed to existing ceiling height by block work with some shear walls.
