1. Quote: Repair the front stone work. The job involves dropping/cutting the stone that has been lifted away from the pavement (which will cause the stone that holds the bars together to drop back too) then finally making the facade look original.
2. Quote repair which involves #1 but also cement rendering the entire stone facade to make it similar to 5 View st. The rendering includes an application of water proof compound called Drizoro to stop the render/paint blistering from moisture (rising damp) underneath.
