Our home has a free standing garage that is contructed of the same brick and roofing as the home. We are considering an option to convert this into additional living space including a small bathroom and kitchen so it could be used as a granny flat.
We do not know if this is possible at this point but would like some quotes / ideas from a suitably qualified builder
