Prop 6mx4m Bali Hut, Reduce Post Length by 8inches

I have a 6m x 4m Bali Hut made of hardwood. The 6 posts need to be reduced in length by 8 inches each at bottom of post.
Basically bring 6 each Acrow Props, prop up the Bali Hut, cut 8inches from bottom of 6 posts (140x140mm) and lower Hut to position, re-secure posts with brackets currently in place.
Owner happy to assist on Sat or Sun with lowering evenly.
At most half day's work for a couple of blokes.
