We require some one to provide a report on a house pre purchase fro the building, possible pests/termites, electricals, plumbing & to ensure the swimming pool is in good working order too. We would also like advice passed on as to weather it is believed anything will need to be fixed in the near future as we are looking for a house that we will not have to fix any thing in. many thanks. the auction is this Saturday so prompt responses would be great.
