We have an existing 1950 house. fibro, pitched tile roof on peirs that is approximately 70sqm. we need plans drawn for an extension that will double the house size (slightly more including the deck). the extension will have a pitched roof and be on peirs too. we already have a to scale floor plan of what we want and need someone to draw plans for a da and construction certificate. the lga is bankstown. we are ready to proceed as soon as find the right person to draft the plans.
