pland and building of small deck for tiny above ground pool so that disabled pensioners can gain access. the pool is only 14' x 10' but the ladder/steps are inaccessible and we are looking at a small deck for part of the pool with steps or ramp access, possibly adjoining current porch, depending on costs. becuase of height of pool and moving of current childproof gate council approval, planning permits etc required.
