Need a builder to manage a home extension project - 1920's weatherboard house - want to knock off the back and build new kitchen/dining/living (open plan) and bathrrom plus european laundry. Approx 6.5 x 7m space. Need help with design (to match our budget and then take to draftsperson) then somebody to manage to project. No urgency - happy not to start building until 2nd half of next year.
Need somebody who will respect our budget (no blowouts) and time constraints - total cost approx 90-120k.
