Require a 10.5m long x 4.2m wide patio roof.
Patio would be connected to fascia board and have 1 degree slope. Roofing material needs to be reflective or insulated.
Posts on other side would be on the high side of a retaining wall. therefore approx. 1.5m tall + footing.
Total posts required = 4, as there is a set of stairs located centrally. Therefore spanning approx. 3.5m each.
Would require any drainage from downpipes to be connected into existing stormwater drain approx 4.5m away.
Obviously, any construction permits and applications will be done in conjunction as well.
Additionally, potential ground drainage job could be included.
Timeframe = No urgency
