quote for partial removal of brick/cement internal wall (between kitchen & lounge) in ground floor strata unit (5 floors). I'm pretty sure it is a structual wall so need advise on process & costs before applying to strata committee for approval. Also has a light switch to be taken out as part of the wall removal
