I have an odd shaped window above an angled garage roof which requires an external blind or shade. Speaking to an architect, the only viable approach is to get custom made aluminum louvers or similar installed outside the window.
The shape of the window is approx:
* top 180 cms
* right side 110cms
* left side goes down from the top about 25 cms
* bottom side goes across from right about 40 cms
* these two short sides are joined by an angle (which follows the angle of the garage roof) approx 165 cms.
