Various fix-up jobs in the house as follows:
1. Replace window and frame in guest bedroom (biggest job - not confirmed, depends on cost)
2. Replace/fix up built-in furniture in guest bedroom
3. Fix front door (it doesn't close properly).
4. Fix double doors to living room (they do not close properly)
5. Fit magnetic closing things (to be purchased) onto 3 wardrobe doors
6. Replace cracked shelf in built-in furniture
7. Possibly replace or cover over old vents in ceiling of guest room.
8. Fix up spotted gum decking - a few planks have popped up and need screwing in.
9. Fix sash windows in home office (they open and close ok, but there is a wood bit that has popped out).
