I have a planning permit and an agreement with a kit home company to purchase a pre-fabricated house. The site is clear. The kit home agreement does not include the slab, which will require engineering. The kit comes with all materials to complete to lock up (cladding, roof, windows, doors, insulation) plus a few internal items (plaster, internal doors, stairs). I have plans ready and full details of the kit inclusions.
I need a builder to organise the building permit, the slab and the build to certificate of occupancy. There will be a few jobs that won't be necessary to organise, e.g. painting, flooring, so we will need to discuss the total job in more detail than I have provided here.
I need the job to start in January and a builder who has some understanding of kit homes, or at least an interest in putting one together.
