A new 6m x 6m double carport in the front of the existing residence.
There are the following confirmed services that run under the area of the proposed carport. Mains gas, water, phone, foxtel cable and some stormwater. I don't think there are any others. I will have the AC compressor moved before work commences.
I have electronic plans that can be provided upon request. No engineering certification has been undertaken at this point.
