i am looking to get a quote on some insurance repairs. my AC had a water leak and cause damage to the plaster, walls, and flooring.
i have summarize the works (there maybe others unidentified)
1. Take out plaster of two walls (to fix mould), resheet and plaster and paint and fix skirting boards
2. Take out floorboards and dispose of floorboards
3. Supply & Install new laminate flooring with similar colour (as per floorplan), beading and replace any damaged underlay (that has been wet)
4. Relocation and storage of furniture during install to avoid damage.
5. Professional clean of property upon finish of install and paint.
