I have rough plans drawn up and can email them to you. I am after quotes and need the building work started in april and completed in about one month from start. All up it is about 100 square meters of offices and workshop rooms I need built in my factory warehouse. I only need the carpentry, framework, plaster and insulation done including stairs to messanine floor. I am looking for the best but detailed and itemised quote to be chosen in the next few weeks.
