Need an internal wall built to about 2400h x 1560w, plus a standard internal door (780w). This is to close off a utility room from the garage. Would also like advice/quote about removing a dropped ceiling (2630W x 3040L) and making this room a habitable area as per BCA. It is currently 2290mm high, but the garage and adjoining storage room is 2453mm high; this utility appears to have a dropped ceiling to conceal lighting.
