Hi,
I am getting some cracks in a property which was built 2 years ago. My builder is saying it is because of too much moisture in the ground and I need to redo all my landscaping. I have redone landscaping and I also filed a insurance claim just in case I can get it.
The surveyor from insurance company came and he said the slab was not done properly and is sinking but my builder is not agreeing with it. I need a licenced surveyor to inspect the property and help me claim it with the builder.
