I need a PCA (or a builder who has experience with certification) to write a s96 application with supporting report
I have been using my attic room as a bedroom for over 21 years. A neighbour informed Council about it, I got a Notice of Intention and have been told I need a builder or PCA to write a report stating how it meets the BCA requirements for a habitable space.
This is of course, a one off job. If you are interested please send me a quote
