We are one of the largest hospital bed and therapy providers in australia. we have an office and warehouse space, in collingwood, 72sqm x approx 4.5 high, which is in need of a thorough renovation, preferably before 31st january 2008. we will need -
- floorer - warehouse flooring overhaul- ie. carpets removed and concrete floors restored and painted or sealed.
- painter - full interior and exterior paint.
- plumber/builder - upgrade of toilet and wash facilities, including warehouse wash basins. and improvement of front and rear entry doors.
- security - provision of front and rear security doors and security lighting. alarm system also required.
- electrician - additional or improved warehouse lighting.
- split system warehouse cooling/heating. also require electrical inspection and rectification.
