Modify existing pergola (approx 8600x3500) to accommodate three sections for a vergola/shutter to be integrated into the pergola. The work will require the removal of five beams and the addition of others to create the required opening. In order for the next contractor to install the vergola/shutters they will require a building permit for the work to ensure it is sound and meets the required standards.
