I need a modified kitchen and bathroom renovation done along with other home maintenance.
For the kitchen we would like a facelift done i.e. cabinet doors and panels, a new island and installation of new appliances.
For the bathroom we would like new benchtops, sinks, tapware and toilets.
We also need some other ad hoc things done in the house like replastering of some walls, installing security doors and repair of a window frame.
