Minor defect fixing for architecturally designed renovation

The primary builder has completed the work to his satisfaction but not to mine. I require the services of a good, reliable builder with quality tradespeople to resolve a number of minor defects plus a few major ones to a recently completed renovation. Works include carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, joinery and possibly some other trades.
The list is ready to go for you to go through; happy to start as soon as you are able. Gut feel is that the works will be 8 - 12K.

Mal & Blake are a good team; at first they were communicative and diligent with the work being done. They completed two rounds of work however after starting a third lot, they took ill and never came back to complete it. Attempts to contact them via email/phone continue to be unanswered.
